If you are registering an account for yourself, as a Participant in the CADASIL Community Natural History Study, click here.

Click here if you are transferring the account of a Current User (current study Participant) who is no longer able to contribute their own data to the registry to a New User who will serve as the Current User’s Legally Authorized Representative.
